Lysis is a training and coaching company focusing on the improvement of personal and professional performance.

We work with organisations, designing and delivering creative programmes but we also work with individuals and offer open courses for people who want to develop and improve but don’t have access to organisational training.

Our Mission

We know you expect us to say we want to make a difference, to add value and other missiony type statements. But if we’re honest our real mission is actually to be great at what we do, to be known for excellent service and results but we also want to enjoy work and life, to laugh a lot and for people to genuinely like working with us.
